Verification of a Ride

Please assist me , no I have not read every post written in every board .
Is done by fuel dockets .. Date , time , location , odometers photos of .
Or is proof of a completed ride simply more ..
Sorry a few of the brains cell have been kinda messed up a bit . It takes a little longer to process stuff now days .
Just getting my head around this
